CANCELING AN ORDER
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. You will need to begin our RMA process by emailing HappyTrails4x4@gmail.com to have the item returned.
REFUSALS, UNDELIVERABLE, ADDRESS CHANGES, REDIRECTS
A service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended all shipments be accepted, and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing delivery can delay return shipping process, as well as, incur additional shipping charges.
DEFECTIVE & WARRANTY
Happy Trails 4x4 does not offer warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Happy Trails 4x4 is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. Happy Trails 4x4 does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. You may contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage, otherwise you may contact a member of our customer service department for assistance.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product, contact us by calling 904-222-8358 or emailing photos of the incorrect part to HappyTrails4x4@gmail.com, Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST time. We will resolve the issue as fast as possible. You, or your mechanic, are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation; we do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, please call the carrier who delivered your package immediately to document the concern. Then, take pictures of the damaged parts and email them to HappyTrails4x4@gmail.com. Please include your invoice number and the name the order was placed under. Our customer service department will then contact you as soon as possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Missing packages must be reported to Happy Trails 4x4 within 24 hours following notice of delivery. To account for late deliveries by the carrier, or errors in delivery, we require a 3 business day waiting period before filing a missing package claim. If package shows delivered, Happy Trails 4x4 may request a police report be filed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery or exchanges of products.

All packages returned without an RMA will not be refunded. All returns must be returned to our location and are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. Products sold by Happy Trails 4x4 are covered by this standard return policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. An RMA number can be obtained from Happy Trails 4x4 by sending an email to HappyTrails4x4@gmail.com with your name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you are returning. A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after seven (7) days will only be eligible for in-store credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to off-road and performance vehicles. All wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be Returned. Manufacture's warranty on wheels state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels. You will be responsible for paying any return freight charges. Happy Trails 4x4 often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include tires and wheels that have been mounted, any electrical items including lights, programmers and calibrators, custom items, special order items or items labeled as clearance or scratch and dent. These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Happy Trails 4x4 and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee. Happy Trails 4x4 also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case-by-case basis. Custom or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.
Gift Certificates cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Happy Trails 4x4 Gift Certificates are issued and managed by Happy Trails 4x4 and can only be applied to purchases from Happy Trails 4x4. Happy Trails 4x4 is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are not for resale. Gift Certificate terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. RMA’s issued within 7 days of receiving the item will have a refund processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. RMA’s issued after the 7 days of being received, but within the 30 days of being invoiced will have an in-store credit applied to their Happy Trails 4x4 account which is good for future Happy Trails 4x4 purchases. Once your return shipment has been received and approved your return will be processed. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Happy Trails 4x4 does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment.
